Montshire Museum Store Refund Policy

Items purchased in the Museum Store may be returned for a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase date. Items must be accompanied by the receipt or gift receipt. Returns are not accepted on Shop Save Sundays or other days that include additional discounts.

Item(s) must be in the same condition the customer received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The Montshire reserves the right to impose a waiting period for purchases made by check.

Montshire gift certificates, passbooks and gift memberships also make great gifts.
