Our small class sizes ensure quality, tailored educational experiences in a classroom setting for each homeschool student. Students engage in the scientific process, develop their critical thinking and problem solving skills, and learn to work together with peers. Montshire Homeschool courses include hands-on explorations of science, technology, engineering, math, and the arts aligned to Vermont Education Quality Standards and Next Generation Science Standards. 

For ages 6-8: Thursdays, 10:30am – 12:00pm
For ages 8-11: Thursday, 1:30pm – 3:00pm
For ages 12-14: Tuesdays, 1:30pm – 3:00pm

Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation within 10 days of program: No refund
  • Cancellation 11-21 days of the program: 50% minus a $20 fee
  • Cancellation More than 3 weeks of the program: 100% minus a $20 fee

The Montshire is unable to give refunds due to illnesses.
Each course is 6 weeks long, with a 7th week reserved as a make-up day if needed due to a museum closure or other unforeseen circumstance. Montshire will only issue pro-rated refunds for classes that cannot be rescheduled.
Refunds will be given without any fees if a course is canceled due to low enrollment. Minimum enrollment is 6 students per session.
