Spooky Science 2025

This (not so scary) event is designed especially for families with children through age 12. Enjoy a night at the Montshire, in costume, with tricked-out exhibits, live Halloween-themed demos, hands-on spooky stations, and so much more!

Costume Contest Categories:

  • Best Cardboard Costume
  • Best Baby Costume
  • Best Family Costume
  • Best Eco-Inspired or Science Costume
  • Most Creative Costume

Please do not bring:

  • weapons, toy or otherwise
  • large bags (diaper bags OK)
  • head-to-toe oversize costume pieces (e.g. long hooded cloak)

*Staff may ask to look in bags before entry*

Children under 2 are free.
