Science Story Time: Sound & Music

Can you clap to the beat? Tweet with the birds? Join us as we bzz bzz bzz and la la la during this story time all about sound and music. We will read Let’s Be Bees by Shawn Harris; and How to Sing a Song by Newbery Medalist Kwame Alexander & Randy Preston with Art by Caldecott Honoree Melissa Sweet. Then try out our collection of instruments and strum, hum, and drum together.

Join us for Science Story Time, an interactive learning experience for young children with their adult(s). Attendees will join a museum educator to discover exciting science topics through read-aloud picture books, conversations, and songs to develop early literacy skills.
