Admission Fee

One-day Pass
$14 for adults
$11 for children 2–17
$2 with EBT card, Medicaid card, or free/reduced school meals letter (Vermont or New Hampshire). Limit 6 visitors. Adult visitor must be named on Medicaid card.

Summer Admission (May 17–September 7)
$16 for adults
$13 for children 2-17

Free for members and children under 2 years of age.

Two-day Pass*
$21 for adults
$16 for children 2–17
Free for members and children under 2 years of age.

*Valid for two visits during a 10 day period.

Montshire Passbook
$125 for 12 admission passes

Hours

The Montshire Museum of Science is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week, 363 days a year. (Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.)

The water exhibits in Science Park are on through early May through mid-October.

Food service in the Hughes Pavilion is available during the summer.

Gates close at 5:15 p.m.

Parents magazine named the Montshire Museum one of the country’s top science museums. The Montshire was the only rural museum on their list of “innovative places that are bound to inspire more than a few pint-sized Einsteins.”

Please check in at the admissions desk. Use of the trails and Hughes Pavilion is included in your admission fee. 

Parking is free and adjacent to the Museum.

Except service animals, pets are only permitted in designated parking lot areas. All pets must be on a leash.

Smoking is not permitted in the Museum building or in the Hughes Pavilion.
