Your gift is important

Donors to The Montshire Fund make it possible for the Museum to operate and be successful. Admission and program fees are set below cost, and revenue from visitors covers just 59% of each visit. Charitable gifts underwrite all our programs and keep fees low. 

Donors also help us reach families in need and provide Museum access to people of all income levels. Thousands of people visit the Museum free each year through our partnerships with local human service agencies. Dozens of children receive scholarships for educational programs like Montshire Summer Camp.

Under IRS guidelines, the value of membership benefits is not substantial so your payment is tax-deductible. Donors of $200 or more receive 10 free admission passes with an estimated fair market value of $11 each.
